We provide both skilled nursing (SN) and other non-skilled services.
Skilled care includes services such as:
*SN for education and management related to Wound care for open, infected, or complex wounds and infection prevention
*Urinary catheterization
*Teaching safe use of assistive devices
*Chronic disease management
*Pain and Medication management
*Fall prevention and pressure ulcer prevention
Some of our non-skilled services include
*Help with activities of daily living
*Accompanying clients to medical appointments
*Companionship and errands.
